The first interview was with a rather rough person, like they didn't want to do the interview. Then I went to a backend interview where it's expected they'd ask architecture concepts, but they asked very advanced stuff, and I was rejected even after answering 90%.

I went through the interview process for a senior backend position. It was a long process with multiple interviews, a technical test, and cultural fit interviews. I got an offer in the end. It was a remote position, like my last job. I was told the contract would be with the Madrid headquarters, also like my previous company. I wasn't told I'd have to pay for travel, stay, and onboarding, which should be covered by the company, including per diems. This is expensive, over 700 euros if you're not from Madrid. They didn't mention this contract type or costs during the interviews. Lawyers say this contract is illegal for remote work according to the BOE, as remote employees should have benefits and bonuses. I signed a pre-contract without this info. My old company was informed I was leaving. Seven days before starting, I got this information and had to decline because hiding information and this way of working is bad. I turned down other offers because of this. It's a bad start when a company hides info, and over 40 people are in this situation. If you value your work, don't join this company.
