Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fever.
Digital Marketing Specialist
The HR person will schedule an interview for you, and after that, they will send you an abstract test via Mettl. Your CV isn't really considered; they base your progression to the next interview solely on this test. It's a standard test where you have to pick a sequence of images. Honestly, they should look at the candidates' qualifications rather than some psychology test.
- Can you tell me about the kinds of campaigns you've managed before?
Marketing Specialist
The first interview with HR was fine, but then there were more tasks than what was described in the job posting. After that, there was a test with almost 60 questions in 60 minutes that was super complicated and had no relation to marketing at all. Then, there was ghosting, and they only responded when I asked for feedback.
- Tell me about your background and experience.
- Can you share details about your educational qualifications?
Marketing Specialist
The interview with Fever for a marketing position in Madrid was a well-communicated and clear process, although the company could have provided more feedback on the process and the application.
- Tell me about your previous experience.
- Can you provide information about the position?
- Are you able to complete a skills test?
