First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dun & Bradstreet.
Data Engineer
It was a 2 round interview process. In the first round, they asked real world problems and the interviewers were very friendly. The second round was with the data head from another country. They were very friendly and eager to discuss the role. They took a while to get back to me, but ultimately rejected me, saying they liked someone else.

Workplace Coordinator
It was a really well-organized interview process, with three distinct parts. Everything felt meaningful, direct, and clear. They gave great feedback, both over the phone and in emails. The conversations were relaxed but still very professional. The interviewers clearly knew what they were looking for and could explain it well, and they were good at figuring out if a candidate's skills and personality fit the job. What was also really important was that they always made you feel like a person, like a future colleague, not just some anonymous candidate.
- Would you consider a part-time work arrangement?
Marketing Manager
It was quite a long process starting from beginning of November until beginning of January. First it started with a call from the Talent acquisition, which was really nice and actually it felt like a casual talk. From that on, I had a online interview with the team lead and HR, and after that I had to prepare a case study and present it in another online meeting. In between were Christmas holidays, which unfortunately delayed the process a bit and ended up in a back and forth communication with finding a date for the final interview. After that I had an in-person interview in the local office with the Managing director and HR. Talent acquisition supported, arranged the meetings and was my contact person through the whole process.
- How do you feel about collaborating with different teams, particularly with sales?
Operations Analyst
This involves a technical skill assessment focusing on your data analytics abilities, like SQL, Python, and R. You'll also face problem-solving scenarios or case studies to see how you analyze data and tackle issues. Expect questions on technical knowledge in algorithms, data structures, and industry-specific topics. They'll also ask about your leadership experience, managing teams or stakeholders, and your decision-making skills, particularly in tough situations. Project management approaches will also be discussed. My advice is to be ready with both your technical and leadership experiences, showcase achievements where you combined them, and communicate clearly, especially when explaining technical stuff simply.
- Could you describe a project where you utilized SQL for data management and analysis, including any difficulties encountered and your solutions?
