The hiring process was super professional, making me feel comfortable and committed. It wasn't stressful at all, and everyone was friendly and supportive. The vibe was great, which helped me be myself and communicate openly. They really dug into things, checking both my hard skills with practical problem-solving and my soft skills like how I handle teamwork, communication, and adapting to see if I'd fit in and do well here.

It was a local, in person interview with the district manager and then a phone interview with the regional vice president. Both interviews had standard questions about sales and customer service experience. I felt like the local district manager made the hiring decision.

Behavioral Technical Case

I had a phone chat with a recruiter who then set up two more phone calls, one with the Hiring Manager and another with a senior teammate. This whole thing took about two weeks. After that, I had to go in person to meet someone doing the same job to see if it was a good fit and to get a feel for the role. The week after, I went back to interview with my manager and their boss. They asked the usual stuff about what I've done, what I want to do, what I'm good at, what I'm not so good at, and hypothetical situations. The actual interviews took about 3 weeks, but then the recruiter took another 4 weeks to get me the offer and all the benefits details, which was super hard to get a hold of them and they were really slow to respond.
