I was first selected from campus, then did an online assessment on Hackerrank. After that, I had a technical interview and an HR interview. The technical interview was focused on Java, projects, and SQL. The interviewer was really nice and helpful when I asked questions.

Started with a quick recruiter screen, then a 30-min technical interview that went longer than planned, but that was expected. I got real-time feedback during the technical interview which was super helpful later, though a bit unnerving at the time, lol. The recruiter was really engaged and kept me updated. The whole experience was very professional and positive.

A campus recruiter sent an email about available positions and the hiring timeline. I submitted my resume before the deadline. About three weeks after the deadline, I got a 30-minute phone screen with the communications team manager. He seemed nice and made the job sound good, but was vague about the new location. I asked about hearing back and he was also vague. Two weeks later, I got the job offer. I was surprised I didn't have to do an in-person interview since the office is close by. I had a week to decide and was told the offer letter would come the next day (Monday). It didn't, but the recruiter assured me on Monday it was coming. That evening, I got an offer from my dream company. I needed the offer letter from D&B to reject it. I thought they forgot about me until Thursday when I finally got it and had to email two people to decline. About three weeks later, someone from HQ called saying the recruiters were on vacation and asked if I got the offer letter. I awkwardly explained I'd declined it three weeks prior. The next week, I got a rejection email for the internship program. The whole experience was funny but would have been frustrating if I really wanted the job due to the slow timing and poor communication. Nothing arrived when they said it would.
