Applied online and then had a phone call with 3 interviewers. The call was CV-based, discussing projects, college, and work experience. The next stage was an onsite interview, about an hour and a half long. The first half hour was a paper-based test with fair questions for a junior/graduate developer. This was followed by an hour-long interview with the same three people from the phone interview, covering other projects, whiteboard questions, coding, and system design. After this, it was just waiting for a final decision. There was a delay due to holidays and many applications, but they contacted me to keep me informed, which was nice. Although no job was offered, I received a phone call explaining the reason, which is also something other companies don't do. Overall, it was a really nice interview experience.

The interview process had five rounds, not counting the initial recruiter call. I started through a third-party recruiter, Emergent365 Inc., who were very professional and helpful, guiding me through the process and offering advice on behavioral aspects. The internal D&B recruiters were also responsive, creating a positive first impression. The actual interviews felt like normal conversations, with all interviewers being professional. It seemed like the whole team interviewed me, suggesting they value team input on hiring decisions. I learned a lot during the interviews and have a good feeling about the team.
