It was a long interview process but they made it fair. I had to interview with people at different levels and also with my potential teammates if I got the job. I had to ask them to speed up the process because I had other offers and they gave me an offer.

So my first interview was really nice and they set up a second interview for me with 2 managers the next week. But then, 3 days before that interview, I got a message saying it was cancelled, no explanation! I messaged the person I talked to right away to ask what happened and if we could reschedule, but I haven't heard back. It's been 4 days. It's pretty bad, especially for a company that's been around for so long. Makes you wonder what it's like to actually work there if this is how they handle interviews.

Got contacted by a recruiter who was great at figuring out if I was a good fit and selling the role. The interview process itself was messy though. The admins scheduling the interviews messed up the times and dates, so the recruiters and people I was supposed to talk to thought I didn't show up. I had to prove the errors weren't on my end. It ended up being a series of phone interviews.
