I first chatted with a recruiter on the phone, it was a quick call. They then invited me to set up an interview with the hiring manager. This interview had two interviewers, the hiring manager and another manager for a similar team. We kicked off by discussing my background and resume highlights. I was then asked some "tell me about a time when" questions, and I also got to share anything else about myself. After about 45 minutes, I was asked to schedule a final interview with two more people from DnB, a senior director and the head of the outbound sales team. This one was also around 45 minutes and had a similar structure. I think one of the scenario questions was repeated, and it also started with me talking about my resume. I got an offer within a few hours after finishing my final interview and accepted it that night.

It started with a 30-minute phone call, pretty standard stuff, covering my work history and the role. Then, there were two Zoom calls with managers. The first was with a manager from another team, where we dove deeper into the role and discussed why I'd be a good fit. The second Zoom call was with my team's manager, and it was similar to the first one.

First, you have a screening call with talent acquisition where they go over the basics of the role, why you want to work here, and why sales. This person will be your main point of contact throughout the interview process. You’ll receive a follow-up email about whether you move forward. If you do, you’ll complete a project. Second, there’s an in-depth interview about the role and the company, a typical interview. Make sure to come with questions and do your research on the company! Third, it’s a fairly informal interview where they really want to learn more about you and ask you to walk through your resume. You’ll be able to ask lots of questions because the structure is very conversational.
