The interview process was pretty straightforward and no-nonsense. The interviewer was honest and upfront about the challenges of the role. They set clear expectations from the beginning, which I think is great because it saves time for everyone. The interviewer also really looked at my profile and talked about how I could improve to reach my career goals. The only downside was that since it's an intern position, there wasn't a job assessment, which I usually look forward to so I can get a better idea of what the job actually entails.

So my interview process took about 4 weeks. First, I had a call with the recruiter. Then, the hiring manager called me. After that, I went in person to meet with 4 people from the hiring team, including the manager. I also had to put together a sample business analysis and present it to the team when I was there. The last step was an interview with a senior leader. They did check my references and do a background check before they gave me the offer.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • The interview questions are very specific to the roles and responsibilities.
  • They are definitely looking for someone who is experienced in the field.
  • The position I applied is not an entry level and requires someone who can quickly hit the ground with the right experiences and skill sets.

I submitted my application online, and a recruiter reached out a few days later. My first interview was a phone call, scheduled for a specific time. However, the interviewer didn't call, so I had to call them back and leave a voicemail. About ten minutes after that, they finally called, and the interview was just a casual chat about my resume, which was pretty straightforward. I was then told I'd have a second interview with the manager, but I never got an email confirming it.
