An agency recruiter reached out about the role, reviewed my background, and gave more info about the position. After I was submitted, I had three interviews with a director and some peers. They gave immediate and really helpful feedback. They made the next steps clear. They told me the final rounds would be with hiring managers. All interviews were well-organized, focusing on the product, the role itself, and chances to grow in the company. Each interview felt unique and personal, looking at my overall skills, what value I bring, and how well I'd fit the role.

They are looking for a manager for a new office in my hometown. HR reached out to me on LinkedIn to see if I was interested. I said yes and sent over my resume. After that, I had one phone interview, followed by two on-site interviews. The final round of interviews was conducted remotely because of the pandemic.

First, there was a phone screen that was very professional, quick and easy! Then, a video interview where I got helpful insights on the specific job. Next, a project which was a great opportunity to showcase my skills / talents. Finally, a final interview that gave a great indication of strategic purpose for the position. The team of interviewers were great... the only challenge was the timing of the project and final interview.
