The hiring process extended throughout the day before I finally had my face-to-face interview. I was job hunting and came across a job fair at a mall in Makati. Upon applying, they conducted an initial light interview, focusing on personal questions and verifying my documents. Following that, we proceeded to their main office for further assessment. This included an average IQ test and a keyboard typing test, which required a minimum speed of 30 words per minute. After these assessments, I had my final interview, which concluded the process.

It was pretty easy. You need to know about hardware, basic networking, how computers boot up, operating systems, and have good communication skills. They also want you to know about the client you'd be working for. There's an HR assessment, a voice and accent check, and a typing test.

Behavioral Technical Case Other

Had an initial call with HR, then a call with an Associate Director. They both asked about my past work history. After that, I got a case study that wasn't too hard but took a lot of time, and I had a week to finish it. Then I went in for four interviews back-to-back at their office. They asked some brain teaser type questions, but mostly it was pretty standard interviews. I really didn't like the Director above the Associate Director, but the rest of the interviews seemed to go okay. They said I'd hear back within a week, but the HR person went on PTO for two weeks without letting me know, and by the time she was back, they had already chosen someone else. It was a bummer, but I don't think it would have been a good fit anyway. All they use is Excel!

First you have to do some tests to evaluate your knowledge in the language of the position (in my case english), they are grammar, comprehension, listening and oral tests. Also there is a test of basic computer knowledge. After concluding the tests you have to wait to talk to a HR representative so he can validate you experience, and general stuff. I got the offer that same day. But it was not really organized, they actually cancelled my first appointment after an hour of waiting.

  • What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
  • Tell me about a time you faced a challenging situation.
