The interview was pretty straightforward. They showed me around the place, like the bathrooms and break rooms. Then, we went to an office and had a one-on-one chat. They asked me why I thought I'd be a good fit and about my skills. After that, they explained the job expectations, benefits, and bonus stuff. They also talked about the training and asked if I could and wanted to do it. Once I said yes, they offered me the job and gave me paperwork about my start date and other info.

The interview process was straightforward. We were grouped together, and they selected candidates to move forward. We had to do a mock sales call with the interviewer, after which they made their decision. If successful, we were offered a position that started with two weeks of training, which was quite intense.

I interviewed with a nice and informative lady. She asked a lot of questions about me and how I would handle a sales call. Even though I hadn't worked in a call center before, I had sales experience, which seemed to be enough for them. After that, there was a typing test to check typing speed. It wasn't too difficult, but be prepared.
