The interview process was awful, felt more like an interrogation than anything, and a total waste of time. They tell you one thing on the phone and then something completely different in person, especially once you bring up concerns about how they treat employees based on reviews. When I mentioned this, they said training wouldn't start until early February, even though they told me on the phone it was starting this week, January 19th. Their response felt rehearsed and didn't address my concerns at all, it just sounded like they were trying to hook me into working there. Seriously, stay away from this company. For every person they fire or lose, they hire three more who have no idea what they're getting into.

The interview process was pretty quick and efficient. I walked in, sat down, and right away I was given a technical knowledge quiz of about 20 something questions that were basic A+ questions. After I finished that, they brought me in a room with computer's to take a typing test. You need to get at least 25 wpm. After I completed that, I waited for about 5 minutes before I saw the interviewer. I sat down in her office and was completely comfortable. The interviewer was friendly and very helpful in helping me understand everything.

I got the job offer on the same day I interviewed. I arrived around noon and finished around 1 AM. It was unexpected for me to go in for an interview, but I decided to try, and I'm glad I did. They were understanding because my first job offer had training scheduled for the next month, which conflicted with my current job. I visited their recruitment center to see if other options were available, and they readily offered me one. I appreciate this company for helping me grow in the corporate world.
