Recruiter
I had a phone screen and my resume was submitted, then I scheduled an in person interview. The recruiter didn't send me the address details, so I had to ask. When I got there, I found out interviews were cancelled for the day. The recruiter called the interviewer, who said only Customer Care interviews were cancelled, not Recruiters, and that she was at the other location. She told me to reschedule for Monday. I went on Monday, waited 30 minutes. I saw Customer Care folks dressed very casually, even in houseshoes. Someone told me the interviewer would be out soon, that she was on a call. Finally, I spoke to the interviewer. The interview itself was pretty easy. I sent a thank you note. A few days later, I followed up with the recruiter but got no response. I followed up again and was told the interviewer decided to hire internally. Then I saw the job posted the next day. I would not recommend this place.
- What's your availability to start?
Sourcing Specialist
Started with a basic online application. Then had a phone screen, followed by a face-to-face interview with the direct Manager. Also had a phone chat with Sr. Talent Management. The final steps included meetings with the local recruiting team and the general manager.
- How would you approach attracting talent in our local market?
- Could you prepare and present a formal presentation as part of the application and interview process?
Recruiter
I interviewed with the Recruiting Manager at their office. She was very nice. The office itself was very hectic, with lots of phones ringing and doorbells going off. They test applicants to see if they meet company standards. There were a lot of applicants using computers in the back to do tests. There was one administrative assistant managing the doorbells and testing questions, one recruiter interviewing people, and the recruiting manager.
- How would you describe your work style?
