The hiring process extended throughout the day before I finally had my face-to-face interview. I was job hunting and came across a job fair at a mall in Makati. Upon applying, they conducted an initial light interview, focusing on personal questions and verifying my documents. Following that, we proceeded to their main office for further assessment. This included an average IQ test and a keyboard typing test, which required a minimum speed of 30 words per minute. After these assessments, I had my final interview, which concluded the process.

It was pretty straightforward. You'd come in, take a test, and then do an interview with another candidate. If you were really keen on the job, you basically had it in the bag. The catch is, you'd have to wait for a training slot to open up, so while you technically had the job, there was no training for it, which was pretty bad.

I applied on Monday and heard back two days later for the interview. When I got there, we did some tests, including a typing test and a company-specific test, before the main interview. Right after the interview, I took a drug test the same day and they started the background check. I got the job offer on Friday and started a week after that.
