Behavioral Presentation

You'll have a panel interview with two or three people who are currently in the role you're applying for. They ask really specific questions and have a strict scoring system. There's not much flexibility to go off-topic and show your full abilities, and they actually ask you not to. After your interview, your answers will be graded, and the person with the highest score will usually get the job offer, unless there's a really big difference between candidates.

Confirmed questions2 questions

  • Imagine you're in the role and have to implement a new policy you disagree with. What's your approach?

Behavioral Technical Case

I sent my application via email and they got back to me in about a week. They set up an interview for the next week. There were 4 interviews in total. First, an HR interview to talk about my past experience and skills. Then, a panel interview with some operations managers. After that, I had an interview with the program head, and the last one was with the site director. The whole thing took 3 weeks, and I got the job offer right after the final interview. We signed the paperwork the week after that.

Behavioral Technical Group

First, there was a general HR round where they asked about my past work, how I performed, and my previous salaries. Next, I had an operational round. They tested my skills, math, and IQ. It started as a one-on-one but ended up being a group interview. Then, I met with senior management for a personality test and to discuss my final salary. Finally, they did a reference check with my old employers.
