Software Engineer
So, the interview process was like this: first, I had an HR interview with the usual HR questions, it was pretty chill. Then, things got a bit weird with a technical interview. They hit me with questions on tech I didn't even see in the job description, which was kinda confusing, but I tried my best. After that, radio silence for four weeks! I had to chase HR down with an email. Another five weeks went by, and finally, the manager interview happened. It felt more like a monologue; the manager did all the talking and I barely got a word in, couldn't even ask a question.

Director of Workspace Management
Great candidate experience - structured, human and efficient recruitment process. I had an excellent experience during my recruitment process with Contentsquare. From the first exchanges, I was impressed by the quality of the interactions: each interview was structured, kind and aligned with the company's values. The process went smoothly and quickly, with good visibility on the next steps. I particularly appreciated the clarity of expectations around the case study, as well as the detailed and constructive feedback I received afterwards. This shows real respect for the time and commitment of candidates. A big thank you to the team and especially to Mathilde with whom I spoke, for her professionalism, her availability and the quality of her support throughout the process. Note: interviews in French and English.

Sales Development Representative
The whole interview process was really nice and organized. It had four parts: first a phone call, then a video meeting, after that another video call for a task, and last, an in-person meeting with future coworkers. The talent recruiter was super helpful at every step, giving me clear info on what to expect and tips to prepare, which made it easy. Meeting the team was great, everyone was really friendly and interested in me as a person. It felt relaxed and welcoming, no pressure. They seem to really care about making the interview experience good, which gave me a great impression of the job and the team.

Account Executive
Honestly, this was possibly the worst interview process I've ever been through. There was a total lack of professionalism, and it seemed like nobody really knew what was going on. After getting through a pretty tough initial recruitment, I was told six weeks later that I'd have to do another panel interview because of internal changes. Nobody seemed to have a clear understanding of the situation. Communication between the recruiter and the hiring managers was seriously lacking. Also, decisions kept changing throughout the entire process. It was a really awful experience.
