Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Contentsquare.
Sales Development Representative
I had an initial call with the internal recruiter, then a more formal interview with the SVP of revenue. The interviews themselves were okay, but I didn't get any feedback for almost two weeks. I had to follow up four times to finally get a call with some very generic feedback. Overall, it was a really bad candidate experience.
- What strategies do you employ to boost team productivity and efficiency?
Sales Development Representative
The whole interview process was really nice and organized. It had four parts: first a phone call, then a video meeting, after that another video call for a task, and last, an in-person meeting with future coworkers. The talent recruiter was super helpful at every step, giving me clear info on what to expect and tips to prepare, which made it easy. Meeting the team was great, everyone was really friendly and interested in me as a person. It felt relaxed and welcoming, no pressure. They seem to really care about making the interview experience good, which gave me a great impression of the job and the team.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience and how you currently go about prospecting?
- What do you know about our product and how would you describe Contentsquare to someone?

Sales Development Representative
It was a really quick and welcoming interview process. The whole thing, from the first chat with HR to the three following interviews with managers and executives, was very straightforward and felt natural. They were very clear about everything and seemed genuine about what they were looking for. I got super fast responses and the entire process took about 3 weeks. The HR support was incredible throughout.
