Presentation Behavioral Case

I went through 6 rounds of interviews. There was a presentation, a panel interview, and a c-suite interview. Unfortunately, I was ghosted after all that. It would have been nice to get at least an email or call to let me know I didn't get the job.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

I went through a series of interviews for a Lead PM role, which took several weeks. I got to chat with engineers, designers, data scientists, PMs / Product Directors, and the CPO. Some interviews were quite specific with precise questions (like how I used data for prioritization or managed a stakeholder request that risked the team's focus), while others were more informal discussions. I also had to prepare and present a free-form topic for 20 minutes. In the end, my profile wasn't the right fit for that specific role, but they liked me enough to offer another Lead PM position, which I accepted. The process took months, which was fine as I was looking for the right opportunity, not a quick one. They mentioned it's unusual for it to take this long. I found the process very thorough and appreciated meeting so many different people, which gave me a good sense of the company culture and what to expect. The 20-minute presentation on a topic of my choice was a highlight, different from typical business cases, allowing for creativity and interesting discussion.

Behavioral Presentation Case

I went through 4 steps of hiring process, and even though I didn't have a proposal, I had a positive experience. The team introduced me to other recruiters because they liked my profile, but the position was already filled when I reached the end. Chloé (HR) helped me a lot at each step, giving guidance and coaching. The Product Directors and others I talked to were energetic, positive, and passionate about the company and its mission. Step 1: HR screening to present my profile and understand the company's challenge. Step 2: Product director to understand the mission, needs, challenges, and how I could fit. Step 3: Product case presentation - a 30min presentation of a product I built, followed by a 30min discussion with many PMs from the company. Step 4: VP product.
