Behavioral Presentation

A very slow 2-month process with little feedback or proactivity, leading to a catastrophic candidate experience. The multiple identical panels were tiresome and seemed to resent being there. The demands made didn't match the panel's investment. Best avoided.

First call with a recruiter, Magda. She was very caring and thoughtful. She covered many helpful details and was a positive experience. Second call with another recruiter was the opposite experience. She came across tiresome, didn’t seem interested to have any deep conversation with me, and I felt like she just wanted to finish the call. I had to follow up to get my feedback, so she didn’t give me the courtesy to update me on the outcome. She didn’t respond to my follow up email. Only Magda was kind enough to give me an update after I asked her to help me so I know what the progress is.

Great experience overall! It was refreshing to meet so many people from the company, showing their dedication to hiring the right people. It's clear everyone enjoys working there, which is why I accepted the offer. You really get a sense of the company culture from the beginning to the end, which was important to me. The process involved: 1. Recruiter Interview 2. Hiring Manager Interview 3. Panel Presentation 4. Senior Management call. They were flexible with scheduling and Cliona in Talent Acquisition was super helpful, even arranging a product demo and a chat with a team member. Can't recommend it enough, top-notch!
