Behavioral Technical Case

I had a call screening, then a video call and a design challenge. A lot of questions were about proving myself in data-driven design. The challenge was extremely hard for an internship or entry-level position; I had to analyze click rates and things like that.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So, there was this initial video call with a designer and the design team manager. Then, a second videocall. After that, a whole day onsite interview in Paris, where I met with the design team and the technical team. Finally, a phonecall with a VP. The worst part was, I never heard back about whether I got the job or not. After putting in a lot of time, I was surprised they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know the outcome. I tried contacting them by phone and email but got no reply. It was really unprofessional, especially for a company that makes a UX product – I expected more empathy.

Started with a call to the Talent manager, then a visio call with the team manager. After that, I got an exercise to do at home. I had to present it to 4-6 people for an hour.
