The initial qualification by the hiring team was good. But the process overall was managed poorly. They didn't provide any pre-interview briefing or candidate preparation, which is common for senior roles. During the interview, it seemed like they were reviewing my profile for the first time while talking to me, showing they didn't prepare beforehand. Even though I had a long call before, the hiring manager didn't get the important info, so I had to answer the same questions again. The interview itself didn't have a clear structure or focus on what the role needs. Questions about the "sustainability" of my consultancy felt irrelevant and a bit dismissive. They mentioned two possible positions (FSI and another), and if experience in a specific industry was a must, they should have made that clear earlier. The process felt very one-sided, and I didn't get much chance to see if I'd fit in. Once Ed finished his questions, it was an abrupt and awkward end.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Honestly, this was possibly the worst interview process I've ever been through. There was a total lack of professionalism, and it seemed like nobody really knew what was going on. After getting through a pretty tough initial recruitment, I was told six weeks later that I'd have to do another panel interview because of internal changes. Nobody seemed to have a clear understanding of the situation. Communication between the recruiter and the hiring managers was seriously lacking. Also, decisions kept changing throughout the entire process. It was a really awful experience.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process moved pretty quickly for me, taking about three weeks from the initial fit interview to the final stage. The questions asked were quite direct. What I really liked was that the company wanted to hear about practical strategies and evaluated candidates based on their actual business plans.
