Implementation Manager
The entire interview process was conducted virtually via Zoom. It began with an initial call with the HR partner, followed by two separate calls with the reporting line managers based in Paris and Amsterdam. Next, there was a live technical test session. After that, I had a call with the leadership team in Cairo, and finally, a call with the MENA region leadership, which served as the concluding stage of the interviews. I also had two additional calls with the HR partner throughout the process. There was a progress update call in the middle, and one final call to inform me about the reasons for not being selected.

Implementation Manager
I got referred by someone I knew in August 2021. I went through 4 rounds of online interviews, plus several calls with the recruiter. They gave me a technical assessment, I think it was JavaScript, before the second round. The recruiter was good at keeping in touch, but they were maybe too positive and probably not totally honest, looking back. I got to the final round, and the recruiter said an offer was coming. Then, radio silence for a whole month. I reached out via email and phone, and finally got to them. They said they chose someone else because they needed someone in Central Time, even though the job was supposed to be in EST. As a remote worker, I was okay with that if it was the real reason (not sure it was, companies sometimes lie to protect themselves). And then, they acted like the victim and blamed the company for not telling me directly that I didn't get the job. Nobody should have to chase a company after a final interview for an offer or rejection, especially after they got your hopes up saying you got the job. Your company wasted my time, time I could have used interviewing with places that treat people better. You acted unprofessionally and disrespected me, and I'm not happy about it. Your company has a lot to improve before I'd apply again or recommend you.
