The initial phone call was pretty short. We talked about what I knew about the company and why I was interested in joining. The recruiter also went over the role and explained what the job involves. We also discussed my career growth and future aspirations. The team structure was also mentioned.

The interview process included 4 interviews, starting with a casual phone call with TA. Then there was L1 with the VP of TA, followed by an L2 presentation. Next was L3 with the APAC sales MD, and finally L4 with the APAC TA head. After all interviews, they quickly moved to the offer stage. Gabriella, who reached out to me, was very responsive and professional. She not only arranged interview times flexibly but also acted like my partner, assisting with interview preparation. I completed all interviews and received the offer within 2 weeks.
