Started with a Hirevue, then a screener call with a Managing Director and an analyst. The screener included basic behavioral questions, DCM technical questions, and a couple of brain teasers. After that, it moved to a Superday with several rounds of behavioral and technical questions. No more brain teasers, but lots of DCM technicals.

The interview process was great. Veruschka Bosco kept me informed and up to date every step of the way. She provided clear and easy to understand information about the company, described the role, and set expectations for the next steps in the process. I applied and got an AI text to schedule. The interview was on Teams, but the recruiter didn't turn on their video, which was uncomfortable. It seemed to go well, and the Head recruiter said I'd hear back in a month. I sent a thank you email but heard nothing. Two months later, another recruiter called, interviewed me, and recommended me. I had to reach out again to get an update. Very unprofessional.

The first interview is with AI where you'll play games to show your skills. There are basic math games like 'what two numbers add up to 8', addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Then a shape/pattern game and a personality test. The personality test was strange - you choose a picture that describes you best, with options like a rock climber and hiker. After the games, there are a few basic recorded interview questions. You can re-record them, which is good.
