Behavioral Technical

Had a quick phone chat with HR about the job and company culture, then a video call with the hiring manager to dig into the job details and my background. Finished with an in-person meeting with a few managers to see how I'd fit in and work with the team. It all felt pretty chill and like a normal conversation. They mixed in some technical and behavioral questions. Got the offer about a month after the first contact.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you walk me through a challenging or particularly rewarding project you've completed from beginning to end?
  • In your opinion, what would constitute success in this role five years down the line?
