Recruiter reached out, had a quick preliminary chat, and then a final round with two interviewers for the IAM roles I applied for. I got an offer for this position within two weeks after the final interview. It was a great experience overall.

I applied online and heard back from HR the next week. We chatted and scheduled my phone interview for a week or two later. It went well, and HR contacted me the day after to say they liked me and wanted me to come in. They said they'd be in touch with details. After two weeks of no contact, I reached out to the HR manager, who said they'd contact me when ready. I waited a few more weeks and finally got contacted for an interview. It went great, and I heard back the next day from HR saying the manager enjoyed speaking with me and they'd bring me in for another interview, but still needed to interview others. After two more weeks, I emailed again and was told I'd hear back when ready. I continued emailing the HR manager every two weeks for an update. About 2.5 months after initial contact, I heard back from the HR manager for my final interview. I met with three people: the hiring manager, a team member, and the hiring manager's manager. It went well, and they said I'd hear back the following week. When I didn't, I followed up with the HR manager, who said it might be another week. After waiting two more weeks and following up with both the HR manager and hiring manager, I eventually got an email a week later from only the hiring manager. She said they had hired someone else a few weeks ago, that I was high on their list, but they went with someone with a bit more experience. The whole process took over three months, which I found insane. Their lack of communication about hiring someone else after three interviews and reaching the final round was unprofessional. It's easy to see why their bank reigns supreme over smaller regional banks if this is how they treat potential employees.

The interview process wasn't that great and it was long. It felt like there were multiple rounds and people didn't seem too happy. It takes forever for them to get back to you. The whole process is very slow and the pay isn't that good. Honestly, you should probably look elsewhere.
