The first round was a chat with the recruiter. Then, rounds 2 and 3 happened. The first of those was with two people from the hiring team, and the very last one was with the person who would be my direct manager.

Behavioral

It started with a phone call, then a sit-down for an easy conversation. It was mostly behavioral and scenario-based questions. After that, I got an email for a second interview with two senior managers. It's best to dress professionally for that one.

Technical Behavioral

I applied online and a recruiter reached out after a few days. Coordinating the interviews was a terrible experience. The first interview was on Skype and was okay, but it took the recruiter 2-3 days to respond to emails. After that, the on-site interviews were scheduled very last minute and the interviewers seemed unprepared. Even after all that, I never heard back about the status of the position, despite being told I'd get an update in 1-2 weeks.
