The process was okay, it included an online assessment that wasn't too hard. I felt it could have been more interactive since it was mainly done independently. Overall, it was a neutral experience.

The interview process involved three rounds. The first round was a review, followed by two rounds with MDS. Most of the interviews were behavioral, with some technical questions about markets in the third round. There was a 4-day waiting period between the first two rounds, and then about a week after the final round to hear back.

It was a video interview where I had to answer questions about myself and my computer science experiences. It wasn't too hard, just talking about my resume and teamwork skills. I had to have already passed a coding part to get to this stage.
