The first part of the process was a set of online games, a few questions about situations you might encounter, and a short video where you introduce yourself. It took about 45 minutes total. It wasn't too hard to get through it all, and it seemed like they were looking for someone fresh out of high school or community college because the questions weren't that challenging.

The first interview is with AI where you'll play games to show your skills. There are basic math games like 'what two numbers add up to 8', addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Then a shape/pattern game and a personality test. The personality test was strange - you choose a picture that describes you best, with options like a rock climber and hiker. After the games, there are a few basic recorded interview questions. You can re-record them, which is good.

Had a phone interview first to get set up for an in-person one. Then I did an assessment, and after that, I had my interview which felt like it went well. They then scheduled a second interview at a different location with another manager for a second opinion, but I never heard back. I even followed up with the first manager via email but got no response, not even a rejection.
