Round 1 was a Hire Vue Online Assessment, mostly behavioral. Round 2 was an Online Technical Assessment with questions on Python, SQL, Excel, and Tableau. Round 3 was a Techno-Behavioral Interview with the Manager and Team Lead.

The process was pretty straightforward. The process started with a virtual interview, where you have to record your own answers. The second round was a hackerrank. Throughout the process they keep you updated on next steps and decision dates.

The interview process at Citizens was smooth and well-organized. It started with an initial recruiter call, followed by an online video recording interview where I had to answer some questions. These were a mix of behavioral and situational, and then there was a technical OA which I didn't qualify for!
