I gotta revise my Python, Flask, React, and MySQL. I also need to practice data structures, algorithms, SQL queries, joins, APIs, and authentication, plus debugging. Gotta strengthen my Git, REST, deployment, and optimization skills. Then, I'll be solving coding challenges, doing mock interviews, and working on system design, problem-solving, scalability, communication, confidence, and speed.

It took about 5 months from application to rejection. A recruiter contacted me a month after I applied. They sped things up because of the holidays. I kept chasing the recruiter, who seemed disorganized and would promise updates but not provide them. My final interview was in early February with the department director. It was a virtual interview on a Friday, which was odd because the role was supposed to be hybrid with 4 days in the office. I wondered how I'd see the office if all interviews were remote. A month later, I still hadn't heard back, but the recruiter assured me I'd likely get the job. Five weeks after the final interview, I checked the portal and saw the job posting was gone. I never got a formal rejection, either by email or from the recruiter. I had to ask twice for any information. The recruiter never even called to explain the situation. I felt like my time was wasted for 5 months, being strung along with assurances that I was a good fit, only to not even get a proper rejection after making it to the final stage. This role was recently reposted with a slightly different title but the same job description. I reached out to the recruiter again, but she didn't respond, and I was immediately rejected.

The interview process took a full day and involved 3 weeks of waiting time. I completed 2 technical rounds, 1 manager round, and 1 HR round, all of which seemed positive. However, I haven't received an offer or any updates. I was recently contacted by KPMG for a different role, with a budget of X-5 LPA. This role was agreed upon and interviewed for, but no offer was made. It seems they wasted my time and made false promises.
