QA Lead
The interview process took a full day and involved 3 weeks of waiting time. I completed 2 technical rounds, 1 manager round, and 1 HR round, all of which seemed positive. However, I haven't received an offer or any updates. I was recently contacted by KPMG for a different role, with a budget of X-5 LPA. This role was agreed upon and interviewed for, but no offer was made. It seems they wasted my time and made false promises.
- Tell me about your experience with Java.
- What is your proficiency with Selenium?
- How have you used Rest Assured?
QA Engineer
The interview process involved a total of 4 rounds. There were 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and finally, an HR round. The technical rounds focused on questions about your resume and fundamental testing concepts, as well as Python, though the emphasis was mainly on your resume. The managerial round consisted of a general discussion. The HR discussion was primarily about providing information on the organization and its policies, and included a couple of questions about your reasons for seeking a new job.
- Could you tell me about the testing and automation tools mentioned in your resume?
- What can you tell me about your experience with basic testing concepts?
- What is your experience with Python?
Quality Engineer
I had a recruiter call first, super quick and basic, felt good about it. Recruiter said she'd tell the hiring manager and set up an interview. Took 2 weeks to hear back, even after I followed up. Was supposed to get a job description but never did. The hiring manager interview got rescheduled because I still didn't have the job description. We rescheduled for the next week, I reviewed it, and the final interview went great. I thought I'd get hired, they said I'd hear back the next day or early the following week. They said I was one of two people they were considering. Then, another 2 weeks passed with no word. My manager heard they didn't reach out to either candidate and aren't responding. Guess they didn't pick anyone.
- Can you tell me about a weakness you have?
