Production Engineer
When you get to the company, you meet with HR to be taken to the interviewer. You sit down with the interviewer, and they first ask you to introduce yourself in English. Then you'll discuss your CV details, your past work experiences, your colleagues, your grade, your graduation project, and your English language abilities. They also want to gauge your understanding of their language.
- Can you introduce yourself? What previous experiences do you have?
- Tell me about your previous experiences.
Process Engineer
The interview was a good chance to show my skills, experience, and how excited I am about the job. We had a good talk, and I felt like I connected well with the interviewers. I think I did a good job explaining my qualifications and how they fit what the role needs. They asked some smart questions, and I gave detailed answers, talking about my successes and how I solve problems. The whole vibe was positive, and I felt good about how I did. I'm hoping to move on and contribute to the team's success.
- Can you explain what a heat exchanger is?
- What are the different kinds of heat exchangers?
Industrial Engineer Intern
The interview process was super chill, mostly revolving around my past experiences and what I was looking for in an internship. I spoke with one person in the first round and then three people for the last and final round.
- What motivates you to apply for this position?
- What are your key strengths that would be beneficial for this role?
