I discussed my salary expectations with the recruiter during the initial call. I then interviewed with the director of supply chain and the team I might be joining. The questions were pretty standard. The team seemed cool and engaging. I got an offer, but it was below my minimum. That's never happened to me before. Also, the recruiter calling it 'joining the family' felt weird given the offer situation.

The interview process was pretty standard and professional. I applied online and then they got in touch for a 30-minute video chat with two people from the supply chain team. We mostly talked about my resume, my past project work, and why I'm interested in supply chain. The interviewers were nice and asked a mix of behavioral and situational questions. They also shared some info about the company culture and what the internship would be like.
