Behavioral

I applied to a bunch of jobs and submitted a HireVue for one of them, which they then used for all my applications. About a week after I applied for one position, I got an email to set up a chat with a recruiter. The recruiter was super nice and asked me some standard behavioral questions. He mentioned he'd forward my resume to some hiring managers. Later that same day, I got a text to schedule a call with a hiring manager. That call went okay, and he said he liked my resume and would try to get me past the other managers. About two weeks after speaking with the hiring manager, the recruiter called me with the offer.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a really quick process with three interviews. First, there was a pre-recorded interview to screen me. Then, I had a virtual interview with some team members. The final interview was in-person with more team members, and it included a presentation about myself. They didn't ask any technical questions, focusing more on personality.

I went through a single prerecorded interview. However, while I was recording my part, my application status was changed to 'no longer under consideration.' It seems they didn't even review the recordings since I hadn't finished them, which was disappointing given how prestigious the company is.
