The interview process involved an online, prerecorded interview along with a phone interview. For the prerecorded part, you'd answer questions from a person, and your responses were captured. You had two chances to answer each question, allowing for a redo if you slipped up. The phone interview was with two managers from the department. It was a pretty chill and relaxed hour-long chat.

HR reached out to me for a second interview at the Houston office because I had interviewed for an internship there before. I had to prepare a presentation about my background, internships, and goals. They flew me out the night before. The next morning, I met with two managers, did my presentation, and they talked about the job, what they look for, and benefits. Then I had lunch with three engineers. Afterward, they showed me around the office, and that was it. HR called the next day with an offer.
