The whole thing was a virtual interview, then a call with the hiring manager, and then an in-person interview where I had to do a 10 minute presentation about myself and my career aspirations. The recruiter was super helpful in setting everything up and giving me info to get ready for each part.

So after applying and passing the resume screen, the very first step is this pre-recorded virtual interview. It has like 10 questions in total, and you get two tries for each question before you submit it. Once you start a question, you've got about 20 seconds to read it, and then the recording starts. You answer it, and then you can watch your video back. If you mess up the first try, you can go for a second attempt, but you can't review that one because it just submits automatically. The questions are pretty basic, and only like two are actually about the company or the position.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • What motivated your choice of major/degree?
