The interview process was pretty calm and chill. The interviewers were really friendly, and the questions were straightforward. The team really loves TV shows, especially "The Office" and "Ted Lasso." Make sure to keep up with their aircraft and the history of Bombardier. All the people working at Bombardier are proud of what they do and the services they offer.

I started with a screening call with a recruitment specialist. It was pretty standard and felt welcoming. We talked about my career path, why I was interested in this role, my soft skills, and some basic stuff like work authorization, salary needs, and how much notice I'd need to give. Then, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. They were really respectful and nice, making it feel like a comfortable space to talk about my experience and what I know. The hiring manager made it feel more like a peer discussion while still being in charge. Overall, it was a good experience, and I liked the chat.

Had a non-technical interview where we did a resume walkthrough with some general questions. They also asked general questions to gauge my interest in the company, like what I know about them and if I see myself staying in aerospace. Mentioning design teams/clubs is a plus.

The interview was pretty interesting, it wasn't like they asked 'what would you do in this situation' or 'how would you handle that'. It was more like a resume walkthrough and they dug into some really obscure stuff I had on my resume. Make sure you can talk about everything on your resume in detail and follow up with them afterwards!
