It was pretty straightforward and fast. They mainly want to get to know you. I had one call with HR and then an interview with the hiring manager and someone who might be a colleague. They made a decision a few days later.

After I passed the initial application and online tests, I was invited to a phone interview which was about 45 minutes long. This interview would determine if I would move on to the assessment center stage. The HR person spent about 20 minutes talking about the program in more detail. Then, they asked me some questions. The interview felt very pleasant and direct. I got to ask my own questions about the program both during the initial explanation and after the questions were finished. Three weeks later, I heard back that I was successful and got an invitation to the assessment center.
