Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bombardier.
Quality Analyst
The first round was a 30-minute phone call with HR. They asked basic questions about my previous job, why I want this job, and my strengths. If they were interested, I might have been called in a week for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and department head. In my case, the process took about a month to get the final status because they are very busy recruiting.

The interview process was smooth and fast. I expect they asked typical questions for this field. The interview might last about an hour. It seems like the team members are great to work with. You might hear back from them. It's a good company with a solid professional reputation.

There were many interviews, in both English and Spanish, with general and technical questions. It was very specific, as they gave me an exam during the interview itself. They asked for many requirements about everything I had done in my academic and professional life, etc.
