Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bombardier.
Analyst
The interview process was organized, interesting, and professional. The interviewers were nice and asked smart questions, which made me feel comfortable. Each part of the process let me show off my skills and experience, and it all went really well.
- Tell me about your location preferences.
- What skills do you have that are relevant to this position?
- Could you discuss a project you were involved in?
Analyst
I had a phone interview first where HR asked me some screening questions and my salary expectation. After that, I had a zoom meeting interview with the manager. This interview focused more on my skillset, a description of the position, and other open-ended questions.
- Can you introduce your educational and work experience?
- Tell me about why you changed your job.
- How do you approach doing presentations?
Analyst
There were 2 interviews: one with HR and one with the manager. They seemed friendly, but you could tell they were using the same script in both interviews. The manager didn't seem to know what I would be doing technically.
- Can you discuss your past work experience?
