I had a phone interview that covered personal questions and school projects. The goal of the phone interview is to understand your personality and how you'd fit into their team. They typically explain their work and describe their team to gauge your interest in working with them.
- Tell me about your goals.
- What would you say are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Describe the type of person you are.

I had a phone chat that lasted about an hour, then a panel interview that was also an hour long. I had to reschedule the first panel interview, but they were super flexible and found another time for me. It was a pretty chill and friendly vibe during the interview. They wanted to know about my past experience, what I'm aiming for, and what I'm looking for in a role. They also walked me through the job details and how I could grow with the company. I heard back from them in under 48 hours with a job offer that fit me perfectly, including details about the role and a salary that was even higher than I'd hoped for, plus extra perks. My experience was awesome all around.
