After submitting my online application, I had to complete three online tests: one for Maths, one for Logic, and one for English, which were pretty manageable. A couple of weeks later, I had a general phone interview, which was quite straightforward. A few days after that, I got a call saying I'd passed and was invited to an assessment centre. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it on the scheduled day, and despite politely requesting alternative dates multiple times, I didn't get a response.

Had some online tests that were pretty tough, I found them to be the hardest I've done, with tight time limits on each question so I had to read and answer super fast. After passing those, I had a phone interview, and then an assessment centre. The assessment centre involved a presentation where I had to do an analysis and also a group team activity.

Behavioral Case

I had a phone interview which was fine, with questions like 'why do you think you'll be a good fit at the company'. I was then offered to come to the assessment centre. This was very laid back and I felt comfortable here in speaking. There were 3 people assessing and they were all nice and friendly. I didn't feel pressured at all, more like we were just having a chat despite it being an interview.
