I had a phone chat with a technical recruiter. They asked me about my current project and threw in two technical questions. After that, I was sent a really hard coding test, which unfortunately I didn't pass.
Had an initial call, then a round of interviews similar to FAANG. It was a good experience. Also had a call with a VP to ask questions. Didn't accept the offer due to lowballing and recruiter's hard sell tactics, plus saw some CYA behavior from them.
The interview process involved four rounds. Initially, there was an online coding test. This was followed by a meeting with the recruiter, and then an interview with the hiring manager. The final round consisted of three parts: an interview with two senior team members and a coding test with other team members.
