Axon Business Analyst interviews, decoded.

I was contacted by a recruiter, and then I had a team interview that went for about 2.5 hours. Each person interviewed me for around 30 minutes, with a break in between. Mostly, they asked situational "tell me about a time" questions, going through my experience.

We went through 4 interviews with 6 people in total. They were really nice and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. It only took 2 weeks to finish the interviews, and then another two weeks before I could start.

The interview process began with a standard recruiter call. It seemed to go well, and I was asked about my background in business analytics and any projects I'd worked on during my studies as a recent graduate. We also discussed the specifics of the role, the company itself, and my career expectations. However, it's now been two weeks since that initial call, and I haven't heard back from the recruiter at all, despite sending two emails and a LinkedIn message. It feels like a complete waste of my time. The company seems alright, but this lack of communication will likely deter future talent.
