Candidate-reported interview process

It's like one to three rounds total. You talk to the program manager and maybe people from different departments. It's all behavior interviews. They got back to me fast about what's next.

I applied via my university's career site. First, there was a super quick phone screen with the CFO, and then a technical phone interview for mechanical engineering. Make sure to be ready to discuss your past experiences and ask some thoughtful questions.

The process was pretty laid-back and approachable. It kicked off with some general fit questions, though they didn't really dive deep into my resume. It wrapped up with a few simple logic questions. The person interviewing me was really positive and made the whole thing a good experience.
