Candidate-reported interview process

Challenging, long interview process with 8+ hour commitment. No feedback given on decision to not hire. Don’t waste your time. The interview process involved meeting the hiring manager, a code screening, a tech architecture take-home assignment and discussion interview, a values interview, and a cultural fit interview.

The recruiter was nice, but the rest of the process was a total waste of time. The main issue is that they seemed disorganized, with 6-7 one-hour rounds and a 2-3 hour take-home assignment. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing, and the coordination was poor. I saw similar reviews before, and I experienced the same.

The interview process started with a recruiter phone screen to see if my interests lined up with the roles. After that, there was a take-home coding test with some straightforward LeetCode-style problems. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which focused on technical aspects relevant to the job description and the projects. The final stage was an interview panel where I tackled coding, system design, and behavioral questions.
