Candidate-reported interview process

They move fast. First, an HR screen, then the hiring manager interview. There was some confusion between those two positions about what this role actually was, and for what market (911 or Enterprise, SE or TAM).

The hiring manager spent the whole 30 minutes talking about a job that wasn't what was described in the phone screen. They asked a few basic questions before rushing off. They seemed to lose interest when I mentioned a state university relevant to the job's location, which is a big deal there. I then got a generic rejection email that wasn't helpful.

I went through the last round of interviews for the position. Then, out of the blue, I was told the CFO was restructuring the company and the role was no longer available. About a month later, I saw the position back on the website.
