Candidate-reported interview process

I interviewed with two hiring managers for two different roles. One went really well and they said I'd move on, but the other didn't. I think the second one might have impacted the first, but I'll never know for sure because the HR rep ghosted me. I got no feedback! I followed up with HR and the hiring managers. Right after my last email, I got an automated message saying I was out of consideration. It was really disrespectful not to hear back from HR, especially after a good meeting with the first hiring manager. I lost all respect for the company.

The recruiter reached out, and we had a chat. Then, I interviewed with a product manager for about 30 minutes. The recruiter had only been there for two months, and the product manager for six, so neither could share a lot about the company. I was a bit worried because I couldn't find anyone in product who had been at the company for over three years. I brought this up with my interviewer. I didn't move on to the next stage. The recruiter actually got in touch again the week after they rejected me.

I had a recruiter call, then interviewed with 2 team members from Axon. They gave me a case study to complete on my own time, but after I finished it, they hired someone else without even looking at my work or letting me present it. Be careful with this company during interviews.
